She provides legal assistance to both traders and contractors in the following areas: preparing legal opinions; preparing tender documentation for contractors; preparing bids; drawing up the contracts and relevant credentials for a consortium and appropriate powers of attorney; making requests for clarification of specifications; preparation of measures for legal protection, including complaints and appeals; representation and preparation of other documents in proceedings by the National Board of Appeal and the Court; representation in proceedings before regulatory bodies monitoring public procurement.
